For basic enemies not bosses
1. Shy Guy: Cute and mysterious, they have more personality than any other enemy I can think of. I love all the games they appear in, Yoshi's Island, Captain Toad, Paper Mario etc.
2. Slime: Akira Toriyama has a great art style, and out of all the monsters he designed for Dragon Quest it's the most simple one that became the mascot of the series. I mean he's so dumb and adorbs
3. Metall/Met: Those adorable little hard hat guys from the Mega Man franchise, they kind of remind me of Marvin the Martian but they're like the goombas of the series. I think the ones from battle network are the cutest though I might be biased since that was my introduction to Mega Man.
4. Creeper: Those exploding green dick things from minecraft. I think they look cool even though I don't play it.
