Honestly the only character I can think of that really fits this criteria is Florina from Fire Emblem (GBA):



She's too adorable to ignore, but she's also fiercely loyal. Both qualities that I find attractive.

Actually Ilyana from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance counts too:



We could bond over a buffet.

There are plenty of other characters I think are hot, but none that I could actually see myself romantically involved with (which is where this falls considering the topic is dating, and I specifically date only for romantic reasons [because otherwise it's just hanging out]). Like, I could see myself being buds with a character like Judith from Tales of Vesperia, but I don't think I'd actually want to date her.
