As it says in your sig... Your making these sprite too good again! I made it so there would be two shades per color so it would be easier for novices.

Um I took away the extra shades from Mumbo's skull.

Also I made Tooty... she's not so pretty.

Tooty could use some modifications guys if you want. Just make sure it's two shades per color.

Sorry guys I've been kind of busy lately. I'm trying to see if I can animate Banjo... atleast a walk cycle. I'm not too good at it so you guys could try to whip something up in the mean time.

Much better, nice use of the red for shading

I'm working on redoing Jamjars closer to your revamp, bringing Grunty down to 2 shades (without harming Star's beautiful sprite), and possibly Klungo or Humba if I can manage it

Alrighty, here we go

I edited Tooty a bit to make her a bit more accurate, edited Grunty to fit with the shading rules (aside from the scarf, any other way looks messy), Redid JamJars completely using Koopaul's Bottles base and bits and cues from Drako's version, and to top it all off I set all the characters so far in a row with the rest of their pallettes.

I tried changing the blue in Grunty's pallette to gray and although it takes away from the sprite a tad, it seems to fit a tad bit better shading wise with the skin. Just a suggestion though of course.

Bwar, have my babies.
You may want to change the red underneath Grunty's hat though. It's pretty subtle. Try to make the hue between yours and mine and it should be perfect.

Also, Tooty's snout is the right size now.

I can sort of see what you mean with Grunty looking forward but I think it just might be a trick of the eye. I can see it either way, I think any other position would make it slightly awkward.

Tried out Humba but it needs some work I think. Can't seem to pinpoint where though...

Try moving her head back a pixel and/or shortening her jaw/lower face by a pixel.

You should add Luigi's Thunderhand to Mario attack.
