Yeah, I'll be sure to give his cape some movement whenever it comes time to animating. I'm still unsure as how to make his idle. It's all in the drawing board stage right now lol

Thank you guys for the crits and for the edits! I'm gonna choose Baegal's. Its very simplified.
I'll fix the mugshot soon enough as well.
