you can point out flaws until you're red in the face but unless it's made clear how to fix those flaws, nothing is gonna get accomplished except making yourself look like a dick

I tend to think there's a certain amount of merit to be had from fixing the mistakes yourself, though, rather than just getting people to walk you through it all the time.
