I'm almost sure that's all the death animations in that game. The sizes of some of them are pretty weird so I typed it.
Now I'll rip some more stuff from KSS, and then I'll look at Kirby's Adventure's death explosions too.

I would say the game is fully ripped. The only thing missing is probably adult Kracko's spark attack, the sprites are different from the usual spark attacks (normal Kracko, Waddle Dee, etc.)
