also post thanking is kinda hell to code in by hand (I have to write in a whole new table if and only if there are thanked posts, and then where does the button go?)
Once you begin thanking posts, if there are more than 3 thanks on certain phones the thank bar will then begin taking up the screen and then you'll have less posts shown per page -- basically, the feature is a bit silly to have on a mobile phone version, which given the interface shouldn't substitute for actually viewing TSR

tl;dr if you wanna thank posts, thank them after you get out of work.

I should mention that you're not the first person to suggest it though so it is a wanted feature; however once I code it in you'll all want me to take it back out. If you really wanna see how awkward it is, try using the regular TSR skin on a phone -- or, minimize your computer browser to cellphone size, zoom out to 75% and then go to a thread with a lot of thanking
Use page down key to simulate page-downing on an actual phone. Down arrow for authentic dumbphone representation.

If you need to thank REALLY badly, you can always switch back to the full site using the link at the bottom. It takes you back to the index though.

If you could switch between mobile and full on the same thread or post that would be pretty good!

it's in a drop down menu on the bottom right, just like it is on the regular forums

but since theme is linked to account and not to cookies or whatever, whatever i do on my phone will be on my computer too

Well, that's a matter of the actual device's browser rather than the actual site. Anyone on a computer can download any image.
