Player models without outstretched arms

I have a problem I need the player models with outstretched arms, but not like in the picture

or in which the model is so

the term they seem to use for that pose in the ripping communitys is T-poseing I think. and there are ALOT of T-posed models on the site, i'm sure someone can help you out within a day real quick...(what is that a model of anyway?)

You'd have to manually move the limbs and such into a T-pose if you wanted that. Otherwise, its unfortunately not possible unless you can find a way to directly convert the model.
