I like the idea, but I think the male should be extravagant too, if even, more extravagant, because the male birds tend to be more flamboyant anyway. Maybe it could be that the male version is a romancing type that tries to seduce the female birds with the dance?

Yeah that could work. I was thinking of some things, and I want the male to be holding a rose in it's beak and have like this suave sort of mannerism. But I'm not sure how to portray this with a bird.

I'll try to whip up a design today, if not, maybe tomorrow.
