Inappropriate Names

I'm going to be forced to change these names, as I'm getting sick of the stupid and inappropriate names on the board.
This is a forum about tSR, not Spamhaul.

So, if you see one, report it directly to me.
If you have one, tell me what you'd like me to change it to - if you are reported I will ask you what you would like in place, if you don't reply within 3 days, I will decide.

That's not the case. There are pre-pubescent kids around here, and I think it's a way to avoid unnecessary headaches. Sex itself isn't bad, it's a natural human necessity (and for that end, they should try porn sites or buy a Playboy). But names like "Sex Butt" or Crotch Biscuit" are.

Yeah I guess it is pretty lame, but hey look on the bright side, if someone types "crotch biscuit" into google and expect to see a link to a biscuity crotch website they may wind up here thus giving you more hits heheh!

*Side note, i'm not being an arse it's just nice to have a little humour in here y'know

But yeah, change whoever's immature name into whatever, good call. Maybe you should change them before you notify them and then make an announcement to say that anyone who's had their name changed can have it changed to what they want after that way it's all outta the way without having those names on here to offend other users if people are really that worked up about it. I'm sure these kind of people don't really care that much if they picked a spam name in the first place, they'd probably just settle for whatever you gave them.

It's not offensive as much as it's annoying. Just because sex is normal doesn't mean that you should be blatant about it. IMHO, flailing around random images of suggestive girls is just as useful as shouting "HEY GUYS I EAT FOOD" and posting pictures of food, putting random pictures of food in your avatar and signature, and changing your name to Hamburger.
