I keep trying to catch Mewtwo. Every time I try, I rape the fuck out of him using Flash/Double Team so he can never actually hit me. Then I get him to the lowest damage I can possible get him to without killing him. Then, I put him to sleep with Hypnosis.

BUT EVEN THEN I STILL CAN'T CATCH THE FUCKER I USED 50 ULTRA BALLS 20 HEAVY BALLS AND 10 GR8 BALLS

All you need is a dark type. He can't hit it and you can wear him down quickly. Also, way more Dark Balls.

I have decided that it is ethical to use one of your masterballs if you happen to have more than one of them if you spend every single other ball you have trying to catch a Legendary. I WOULD reset, but the IV checker guy tells me he has relatively superior IVs overall. :/

So that's two masterballed Legendaries now, Raikou and Zapdos, both electric.

You should get a Weavile or some other dark-type Pokémon and teach it false swipe. Mewtwo's only damaging attack is Psychic type, so he'll never be able to do any actual damage to a Dark Pokémon until he starts to struggle, since they're immune to Psychic attacks.

well the game came out over a month ago and most of us got it on day 1....

He can still Roar after you've used meen look on him.

Raikou & Entei:
Can't hypnosis
Can't mean look
Can't arena trap
Can't shadow tag
Can't soundproof

they can get around anything.


weaken and chase down/quickball/fast ball/dusk ball at night works. having them still asleep while running away kinda helps since they never wake up.
