After some talking with Tyvon and Koopaul, we've got this;

You should add Luigi's Thunderhand to Mario attack.

Was completely useless.

To be honest, I was hoping all four would make it.

Moving him to third party freed up space for all four in the poll to be included. I decided that was for the best.
