Dragons are real. Maybe they don't breathe fire or fly around, and anything around now isn't stories tall.

although anyone who believes that mythological dragons are real probably haven't gotten their fallen sack yet.

Honestly, what constitutes mythological? There are flying reptiles, there are really big ass carnivorous reptiles, there are reptiles that can kill you with their breath, and there are reptiles that can spit venom so potent it eats right through a number of objects.

Even in myths and legends, dragons have never had a set of rules. Sure, there's the Harry Potter middle age Europe dragon, but all over the world you'll find millions of different kinds of dragons a number of which are either actual, observable lizards, or have actual observable traits in actual observable lizards.

Actual dragon-quality lizards aside, I don't see why a person isn't entitled to their own beliefs unless their sack hasn't dropped.

Okay but I don't know why this warrants a debate what is "real" and what isn't.

I'm not going for an opinion vs. opinion argument now. Maybe there are flying reptiles but honestly, I don't care. But just so you know your taking this far more seriously than it needs to be when originally it was nothing more but a mere joke if anything at all.

You are either really young, really impressionable, or have serious problems, like that Russian dude seems to have. If you ask me he seems like he's obviously just being a smartass, but if he really is so dedicated to that notion to the point that he makes obvious death threats then he needs serious help.

Now as for the REASONS people came to believe in or just plain made up fictional creatures like dragons, THAT is a far more interesting discussion, especially when you take into account all the crazy crap in the world like dinosaur fossils, actual descendants of dinosaurs, and then stuff like this:
