How fawfulthegreat64 extracted SFX from Super Paper Mario(from .samp file)?

I got SPM's sound effects from a BRSAR file by opening it in BrawlBox. I was unable to get TTYD's sound effects because it uses a different file format, so I don't know what to say really. I didn't get them from a .samp file anyway.
