Also, work on the proportions a bit. His head is waaaay too rectangular, it should be more square shaped, and make it bigger too. Google a reference image (I found one for you, might not be the best but it's something), and you can see that his head is bigger than his body most of the time (though there are exceptions to this of course). Also make his feet rounder, they're too sharp edged and square. Finally, his belt buckle is rectangular, not plus-shaped, so either make the sprite larger or add corners to the yellow buckle because it doesn't look right.
Like Gorsal said, we're just trying to help you. We can harsh at times, but that's to see how far you're willing to go to get better. We think you can do it, you just have to keep trying and not take our comments personally. I love that you're trying to sprite Bomberman BTW (diehard fan here!), and I want to see this turn into a decent sprite, so don't give up.
