First of all, don't attach images, use an image hosting server,
and about the sprites, those are rips, so the thread can't be here,
but you edited the house, so, is the house the real sprite?
it needs some tweaks, the white thing of Piplup's face goes from above one eye,
passes bellow the peak and ends above the other eye,
also, the blue thing above Piplup's peak is crown-shaped,
besides for shading you just did two colors (the light one and the dark one), so it lacks real shading...
