Groundchuck and Dirtbag from TMNT. part of a beat'um up sprite project
i felt they could use sprites to match Turtles in Time's style

heads are edited from their appearance in TMNT 3 Manhattan Missions
custom legs, and extras.
torsos are heavily edited from Haggar and Scorpion from Saturday Night SlamMasters.
making left and right sides was a pain as i was using the toys as reference
