Lol it doesn't look like that anymore I guess when it animates you don't see it anymore, but still the shoes looks wierd like there always pointing up, cause you have the shading on top but the lighter colour is on the bottom of the shoe when its suppose to be the opposite way. So that way it seems like there shade under his shoes.
Here's what I mean I just so worked on your sprite I hope you didn't mined:
I took out the standing frame for walking animation cause you didn't need it in there.
