I'm hazarding a guess that you're emulating DPPt using No$GBA, right? Well, if you are, you can adjust the settings so colours display correctly. This is done by going to the Emulation Options from the toolbar. I can't remember the specific name of it, but there's a dropdown that lets you adjust the colours of the emulation. Change that dropdown to VGA Poppy Bright.

It's not hard, but you need to look for it a little. Upon doing so, try playing Pokemon again. You'll notice the colours are much brighter than the ones in the sprites you've ripped. Those are the correct colours.
