It looks good. The run should probably have like a 3rd frame to it so it'll look better when it's animated. I don't really understand what your trying to do on the moves with dragon and snake. The wings in the idle should flap or something to look more realistic and to not look useless. You use the lightning move a little too much. Mix it up use different effects.
