Sonic Legacy: Rebirth of the Chaos Emeralds
#32
I feel quite sorry for SonicChrono. I understand that he was being a bit childish and dramatic but i think you possibly went a little hard on him. I looked back at some of your posts and found that instead of pointing out the errors and showing him how to fix them or what would possibly be a better idea. I saw people just pointing out the errors and saying how bad it was. I do think though if it was the first fangame you were going to publish you should have not posted about it. As you can see, by posting about it you've already changed YOUR ideas. For example i am an aspiring writer and i'm not going to let the public decide the ideas for stories. I'm pretty sure you resented changing your ideas for the people of the forum. I think that if you're going to make something which has a story, then you have to like it. If you like it who cares what people think. I am sure you're not going to make money out of it, so why change it?
Of course it would have to make sense but as long as you like the story then the game will be fine. When you like the story you show more enthusiasm, the more enthusiasm the better the work. This is your version of the story and you can work around these minor problems by adding a backstory. For example:

Tuna Unleashed wrote: Doesn't really make sense.
1. Eggman has never heard of Erazor Djinn
2. Dark Gaia JUST WOKE UP so he would be pathetically weak
3.
4. Learn to type.

Perhaps your game could be years after the story of erazor Djinn. Perhaps the story was leaked through to eggman, or mabye he read about it? It's your game you decide.

You could say that Dark Gaia was regenerated. Again it's up to you.

For the Werehog side, perhaps some of the genetic genes of the werehog were spread when he was ill or wounded. There are many possibilities.

However i think this comment was ridiculous "Learn to type" . You pointed out all the errors without any ACTUAL constructive critiscism and then you just had to rub it in by putting him down. After many explanations and plot changes i'm not surprised he's put the game on hold.

It's your story, anything can happen.
