Silent Authentic Playthroughs
#7
For the record, I'm using high-end audio equipment and monitor headphones at a comfortable listening volume, and there's definitely an obvious loud buzzing sound.
I can even tell you what that sound is, it's line-noise, something physical with how you're recording the audio is messed up.

My guess would be that you're not using line-level audio, so you've got an amplified source going to an amplified input, the most common time this happens is when you've got a headphone out going to a mic in.
(note that they don't have to be labeled as that, if you can adjust the volume on either end then it's not line level)

There are other things it could be, you might be accidentally recording an unplugged input too, or it could be a ground-loop, but that's the most common problem.
