Ripping tools for Eternal Champions: Challenge from the Dark Side

I've been tracking for a tool that will allow people to rip sprites including stages from the Sega CD game "Eternal Champions: Challenge from the Dark Side". Maxim was able to rip the sprites from the game, but there needs to be a tool that can do these too. If anyone has the tool for it, please post the required tool on here please. Thanks in advance.
