The Relm one is really clever.

Let's see here...

Terra and Celes could do an Antipode kind of thing.
Shadow and Locke could have a double steal/mug
Mog and Sabin could both Pummel (Mog's Desperation Attack)
Mog and Edgar can Double Jump.
