There are some running sprites at the end, yes, but nothing further in the intro. The arcade version also has a few frames of her face on the weird game over machine, which is not present in the Amiga or Atari ST versions.
The arcade version on this site already has all those sprites though, except for the game over machine. It didn't have miho with bashtar's hand holding her, which I wanted to have for comparison to the other two versions.
