Uh...? At first I was going to ask why her arms became all noodly and formed a star, but I had just noticed that if I looked up close, she was holding her wand. Now I agree with Cobalt. Why on tSR is her arms all flexible?
I think it'd be better if this was a Pixel Art. Though it is good, I'm hoping for an updated version of this. I hope you can make it!
