second guy to the left doesn't seem to fit into the same scale as the rest. 1st guy to the right's gun(?) just looks like a block, and has a jaggy shoulder and elbow. The 1st guy from the lefts, right foot looks bent and broken.
Are the first two guys supposed to be the same character in different stances and costumes. They look very similiar to me.
