How to easiestly rip sprite sheets and then upload

I am letting people know video game companies are okay with spriters-resource sounds-resource and gh.ffshrine.org/ because on Monday February 14, 2011 I told video game companies mentioned up above about spriters-resource sounds-resource and gh.ffshrine.org/ and also http://www.fbi.gov/
but it is now past October 14, 2011 so yes video game companies are okay or better or both with spriters-resource sounds-resource gh.ffshrine.org/ sprite, sprites, other, others being used in private and public game, games, other, others.
