You do realize that in a game or mockup or pixel art or whatever everything should have the same pixel size and thus, it wouldn't matter whether you have it on that image in double size? Since when you have 2x pixels on your freezie, you would have 2x pixels on your Mario, too, so the relative size wouldn't change at all. Unless you have freezie at 2x and Mario at 1x, but that'd be stupid.
