No. Actually I'm downloading an anime at 80kb/s right now. But then again, I'm at my parent's house at countryside right now and it's not Speedy/Telefonica. Or maybe they are just doing some maintenance, it's not uncommon at my place.

EDIT: My internet is way to sucking, only is good brazlilian servers, like, I was updating Taikodom, 90kbs...
But, I'm downloading something on Softpedia, 1kbps, and sometimes don't open MarioKart Wii Forums or dA, I open them everyday, if MKW dosen't opens, dA will not open too, don't know why... Same server?
