Pokemon - Alakazam, Hitmonlee, Chikorita
#28
I'm not much of a spriter, but I'll try to help.

Alakazam looks like he was just shocked with lighting, and that's not a compliment. Make his pose less... less... whatever it is right now. Less stiff, maybe? He looks as if he needed to go for a poop. His right hand also looks really bad, try fixing the position of the fingers. There's a perspective problem with the spoons which can likely be fixed by shading. You've got some anatomy problems going on (in relation to an official Alakazam), but I'm afraid I can't pinpoint exactly how you can fix that.

Lee's bended leg looks as if it was pasted in front of him rather than what you were trying to go for. Again, I'm bad at pointing out exactly what's wrong, but at least you know what's the problem now. >.>

As for Chikorita, you really need to completely redo her. Her face is 100% flat, she's cross-eyed, her head is too big compared to her body, the leaf on top looks like rubber, and her body shading needs work. One of her legs has excessive black in it, too.

Hope it helps you out.
Keep reading, bookworm.
Someday the words will grow off your eyeballs.
Someday you will understand what it is you feel.
The poke of reality will strike like thunders in a tea cup.
