Yes, but that brings up two things: Both are Helicopter-like, so neither are really better in terms of Up specials that aren't helicopter-like, so in that regard one isn't better than the other.

Two: he's actually used the Clown Car, he's never twirled his paintbrush like a helicopter. If there's one thing I've noticed in this project is the leeriness of making up new moves. Okay, but it WAS Shadow Mario, so it's a 50/50 thing.

And while I'm at it, a third thing: What about other characters who pull crazy crap out of hammerspace? Link with ALL his weapons, Wario's bike, Peach with Toad, Snake and the Cypher for crying out loud.
