I think his up be is him jumping with the MSC ball, and screams at it, to deal damage, and oh his way up, it will be somewhat like if he was Luigi's Up B, or his air ship, and his final smash could be either one of the three
his strikers attack (if the one above isn't used for his up B)
his air ships
Shadow Mario and paints goop everywhere, slippery, and if someone is close enough, can get it in there face, and deals damage like the lipstick flower thingy that someone stated above, but then he transforms back into Jr. almost like Ganondorfs FS...
His normal B should deal him with screech, as his special ability in Strikers, not his mega strike
His side B could be him throwing a baseball, using his paintbrush as a bat to whack people, his shell thing as in NSMB
his down B could be could be a Jr. Bomb (like Yoshi, Peach, or Bowser)
and alternative colors could have him in his strikers uniforms...like Wario on how he has two in Brawl.
