First off -- don't use that size chart, It's terrible for size reference, ironically. I've proven this many times so just trust me here.
Now, on to real crits. Where to start... Hoo boy. I'll just go in order you have them on your sheet there...
Yoshi is too much of an edit. He's too Koopa-like and needs to look more like an actual Yoshi. Also Yoshi is around 2 or 3 pixels taller than Mario.
Birdo is too small and needs more contrast.
Baby DK's head should be bigger.
Rosalina is way too tall and her dress should be more of a greenish color.
Penguin is too tall and has too much of a 'human composition'.
Baby Wario looks like a midget body builder. Make him look like a baby.
Koopalings: (I'm critting Nin's here)
General crit on them, they're all going to be too small. Just look at Larry's size from that screenshot you have there, he should be much bigger along with the others. They all look too 'cute
", excluding Morton and Roy, and should be more menacing rather than "baaaaaw!". They ALL need better shading, because right now they look flat.
Larry: Bigger eyes. He also has fat legs which need to be fixed. Shoulders are weird. Make the hair taller.
Jr: Bib looks bad. Use more blending and make its teeth fill in the whole mouth design. Jr's Eyes are too beady and the nose should be wider.
Ludwig: Head is squished. Make it longer.
Iggy: Needs taller hair and more of an icy blue.
Lemmy: More hair as well as taller hair. He also looks too much like the SMW cartoon.
Morton: Too red and contrasted on the mouth.
Roy: Pink needs more contrast and his head is squished.
Dry Bowser: Use more shading and give him more detail.
Koopa Kids: They're too demonic. Heads are squished again.
Sushi: Needs visible teeth or closed mouth. He also looks stoned or something.
Striker Bowser: Claw extensions need better shape and outline.
DK: Something in between yours and Shouty's would be good. Shouty's is too demonic-looking (black around the eyes), and MY yours is too small.
Diddy: Posture is bad, he seems to be taking a dump or something.
By the way, I have made a handful of these characters myself already in this style, which is why I know what they need to look like.
