I don't know if you're finished or not, but I'd recommend adding some white shine in his eye, because now Luigi seems a little statue-like.
The colors are beautiful as always, though!

I'd try to thin the lines a little more (or make them less dynamic--less change between weight) that are in the arm facing away from us.
