Looks fine. But one thing I'd point out is that his hair looks a little flat, maybe try raising the pixel above his right (our left) eye. Other than that, it looks great!

Changed the colo(u)r of Waluigi's overall/dungaree buttons and made walking sprites for him:
   
Notice that Waluigi's arms are missing in his walking animation.

They might be fine, but I can't find the Waluigi sprites you're talking about. Which ones are you talking about, the left side, or the right side?

Sorry for the late reply for the first and second sprites.

First (recolors): Well, some of them look good, but some of them look weird. Like Luigi having green hair, Waluigi having a bright red nose, and Wario having yellow hair. But, I do understand why they look that way. I believe it's because of palette limitations, am I correct?

Second (Mario with captain hat): In my opinion, I think the one beside the last looks the best.

Third (enemies): The differences I can see are that Goomba's feet in the newer one looks better than the old one. Koopa Troopa's shoes look better in the new one and I like the shell on the new one. It has more animation to it, and it kind of looks like the SMW Koopa shell sprites. Piranha Plant plant looks better in the new one too, it makes him looks a lot like the one from SMAS SMB3, the old one looks more like the one from SMM SMB3.

One thing I would want to point out for Bob Omb is that the wind-up key looks like it's overlapping his body, but I think the explosion looks fine though.

For Monty Mole, they're not bad, but they're not the best though. Maybe you can use the Monty Mole from this sheet as a reference. It's not a bad attempt though.

For Bowser, I'd suggest making sprites for when he opens his mouth when he breathes fire, or try making some jump sprites. They're not bad either. I can see a lot of improvements for the enemies.

Fourth (Link): Not much to say about it, but it's looking good so far.

Third (enemies): Bob-omb's wind-up key overlapping it's body could be a design choice. I don't have plans on remaking the Monty Mole sprites to fit in with my Mario sprites from nowadays, but I do have plans on remaking the Bowser sprites to fit in with my Mario sprites from nowadays.
