I'm pretty sure this is a 3D model of some sort.

It's not a common format, though. Any thoughts?

It looks like a fairly straightforward format, but I don't know anything at all about 3D formats.

At 0xC500, there's a standard WFLZ-compressed chunk of data, which my program can decompress, and it looks like some kind of image data:

but I can't figure out exactly how it's set up (this is obviously an incorrect image), and I don't think I can be of much help otherwise.

On the plus side, this means WayForward is no longer using Granny Engine, which had a horrendously locked-down file format, so hooray!
