EDIT: Psywave Fires off a medium-range wave that deals small knockback and collective damage. Press repeatedly to keep waving. Disable Fires off a small-range eyeblast that cancels the enemy's action. The higher the damage, the longer the effect lasts. If Mewtwo is directly attacked when using Disable, the enemy will receive a strong stun effect. RE: Character Tweaks - Ton - 09-11-2009 Sounds like a winner.
