Before I rip the subscreens from KSqSq, I was wondering how you acquire the Block ability(codes, etc), as well as if it even has a subscreen that describes it.

Canned power from Squeak Squad that looked similar to Tristar.
Ask RTB about Block Kirby, he ripped it.

Don't bother with Block Kirby's subscreen. If I remember correctly, it just gives you the default instead.
...Then again, I can't keep the power, even if I DO have the cheat value frozen...
