Thank you Murderbeard! Also, you're getting there with your animation!
I could only imagine how time consuming it may be. : x What are you using to animate with?

hmmm, i think the main problem with the lip-synch is you're following your phonemes way too strictly.
for example, strictly speaking, the W and Y should look like that, but then they're both open-mouth positions.
i suggest making the Y a long E instead, with the teeth gritted.

also, i know it's very tempting to assign one frame to each letter, but you have to remember that we give more emphasis on some syllables than others (it's also my way of saying syllables>letters)
using one of my old flash's as an example:
cleeeck

i'm impressed by your lines, though. mine always come out scribbly. :X

EDIT:
i LOVE those boots omg

RE: Doodles and Finished Pieces. - Drinks - 02-20-2011

I based it off of me just saying "how you do this" over and over, and just basing off of how I would normally talk, but I definitely could have had a lot more fun with it.

I'm not sure how I feel about those arms-- especially his right arm, which seems to be disjointed. And it looks like his chest hangs way too low.
