Definitely. In fact, all Shyguy sprites, Goomba sprites, etc. should be on one sheet regardless of when you encounter them.

Mageker says it doesn't. Remember, not all battles have overworld.

1. Croshi, don't put monty moles in Bowser Minion's sheet.

2. I knew it has overworld, but the NPC has overworld, the enemy hasn't.
