How do I post sprites?

RE: HELP!!!!!!! - Lemon - 02-07-2009

By uploading an image from a website (Photobucket is the best) or attatching it, although people prefer posting via a website. Just sign up and it's simple.

Or imageshack.us, you don't even have to sign in there (although i'd recommend that).
After you've uploaded an image to imageshack, a site shows up that offers you various links to your image, for message boards and whatnotever. Take the lowest one, where it says you shouldn't use it for forums. Mark it, copy it (Ctrl+C), paste it into your post (Ctrl+V) and put [IMG]-Tags around it:
Code:
[img]LINKTOYOURIMAGE[/img]

You can attach a file with your post (just check the end of the "add reply"), or upload them into some image hosting.
Some people rather Photobucket, because you can keep the track of everything you have uploaded in a single album but sometimes it reduces your sheet's size. Other guys like Imageshack.us because you don't have to sign up but it's hard to keep track of all your stuff unless you sign up. It's really up to you.
Another image hosting sites are Majhost and Imagehost.org, and both are more like imageshack.

So amazingly, totally, in the wrong place. Moving to Sprite Discussion.

Please keep in mind that the submission boards are for just that - sprite submission. And queries about sprites themselves go on the discussion board.
