Texture mapping issues with a location I'm ripping - applecuckoo - 01-26-2024

Hi there! I'm currently trying to rip various models from Yo-Kai Watch. The one I'm currently working on (attached in a .zip file below as a Collada file) seems to have a few weird texture mapping issues. I've provided a Blender screenshot and a few Citra screenshots below:
