How do you sort out the rips uploaded? Is it on the time they were submitted? It's just I cna't wait for any decent ones of mine to go on.

It really depends on what each of the staff members has saved. We used to have a cache that we could put all the sheets into and then choose which ones we wanted to update with. No more. Now we save them directly to our hard drives and update from there, so we don't know who plans to update with what. I'll save your sheets though and put them on the site next time I update.

So now it's more a random thing. I thought you guys chose the "theme", picked up the already-saved stuff and put the ones you are going to upload aside. Or something like this

I usually stick with stuff I know so I have a good idea of where to put it all.
