Just looking at your av shows me that more or less instantly. It should be a bit wider, the eyes should be lower down and bigger, and the top of the head seems a little squished. Overall it's competent but you need to work on keeping on-model, so to speak. Also in general: starting with just the head is a BAD IDEA ;c its generally best to roughly draw out the whole figure first, even if it's just a stickfigure kinda deal.
