Need Help Ripping Shadow the Hedgehog Models - GANONdork123 - 07-21-2016

So I have been able to extract the DFF and TXD files from the .ONE archives found in Shadow the Hedgehog, the problem is that none of the converters/importers for 3D editors seem to work with the Shadow the Hedgehog DFF files. Is there some sort of decompression that needs to be done? BTW I am using Game Extractor 2.0 for extracting the DFF and TXD files from the Shadow the Hedgehog .ONE archives.

This is one I've had experience with. Here's my process.

1. Extract "PJS.ciw" from PS2 iso.
2. Use "Apache3" to extract contents of "PJS.ciw"
3. Use Game Explorer to extract the ".ONE" files
4. Decompress the ".dff" files with "PRSdec.exe"
5. Use "RWAnalyze.exe" to 'downgrade' the ".dff" files to GTA ".dff" files
6. Use Kam's Max Scripts to import the ".dff" files into 3dsmax 2009

Thanks I figured it was compressed. I was able to use the Blender plugin to import the models. Some files in the game don't seem to decompress though, and aren't already decompressed which is odd.
