Okay, how does it look now?

RE: Askeladden - Kitsu - 05-23-2014

it does look better
though
the foot that stays rooted looks like it might be changing size, too
the foot that's moving looks like it's sliding along the ground rather than being lifted up

the upper body looks good
maybe make his right hand in the final frame a little bigger, since right now it seems to shrink for the last frame
maybe also extend the sword in the first windup frames to be a little longer so we can see it more clearly (and then you have a nice swooshy motion blur when he swings it that's also more visible)
the way he's holding the sword in the last frame might also be awkward, like he just smacked the enemy with the flat side of the sword; maybe change the angle a bit?

RE: Askeladden - Paladin - 05-23-2014

I'm having a few perspective issues, those are mostly the reason behind that Gonna Puke

Anyway, thanks.

EDIT: I don't think the foot grows btw, just that it changes angle.

RE: Askeladden - Kitsu - 05-23-2014

it actually looks more like it shrinks, but it could just be the shading

or well the lack thereof
the lighter lines on the legs vanish during the attack animation, so that could be contributing to that

btw, I'm assuming the hurt animation on the other guy is still wip, but you might want to have his lower body move a bit, too
