Whenever I go to download a model it says I need to login, and then i put in my username and password and it doesnt work.
Could someone help me

You don't need to log in to download from the models resource.
Maybe it is a broken link, could you tell which model exactly you tried to download?

Its every model
even the models-resource.net asks me for a password

add "www." in front of the URL "models-resource.net" It worked for me.
