How many characters are 100% finished?
Off the top of my head, I came up with these:
Gors
Robo9
Mighty Jetters
Sol
Vipershark
Nicktendo DS
Chaoxys
Chris2Balls

afaik, Meta and I are almost done.

Am I missing anyone?

I see that, but he's really tall compared to most of the other characters (put him alongside everyone else to see for yourself, I think there's a character line-up in the OP or somewhere). I don't think your character's actual size would be that large, would it?
Well, I checked my size compared to some of the other characters and I'm only a pixel taller than Vipershark and a pixel shorter than Sol. I will try shortening a bit, but I honestly don't think it's necessary.

... me. I was done but I have to do the kicks because of some switches I made.

I personally think he's a reasonable size.

I have some suggestions on the sprite though. First the face can be colored the dark blue to make it darker and reduce the number of color.
Also I think you maybe over-shading him a little, considering the super simple style. Lastly his arms are a bit too jagged straighten.

You should make your buttons extend for your attacks, so A is punch and B is kick. Get it? Ahaha, it's funny, cause I'm the only one laughing!

Much better than the original tries, Shade!
But, there are still some things you need to fix.

mine on the left, yours on the right.
I went ahead and made the inside the outline color, because personally it just looks better :U
Got rid of most of the shading. The text underneath is two snippets from the tutorial sheet in the op. Not to mention the purple shade doesn't work extremely well with the main purple (you can't do much about that, I tried other combinations). Getting rid of the shading and AA cleans the sprite up.
Rounded out a few things and altered the arms slightly (pulled the right one in one pixel, slightly reshaped it)
Made the zipper more obvious (it just made the body look messy before). Now that I look at it you can probably make the zippers silver.

I didn't know you were that close! I'll add you to finished because you technically said you have all the animations done, even if some need to be changed.

Meta's little "cameo" will now be playable. Usage of other members as tools for combat confirmed.
