You've got a lot of jaggys there, and his headphones are really square, even for SS style. Also the join between his shirt and legs is really jarring, it looks more like his shirt is a one-piece swimsuit.

nothing particulary impresive, nor challenging. besides the points hoeloe mentioned, there is a good dose of poorly executed attempts of antialiasing in both the hair, arms and headphones.
im not particulary familiar with these sprites, but i'm quite sure the shading could surely be improved by actually having some control on wich colors you use to shade, rather than simply using soft gradients with low contrast.
